What’s kirigami? Can you build with graphene? Which materials might change our lives? Peel back the layers of the world’s first 2D material, and be inspired by the creative experimentation that led to the isolation of graphene.

Our free daily drop-in activities for families in our Wonder Materials: Graphene and Beyond exhibition space are inspired by all things two dimensional. Create beautiful cut-out structures with kirigami, explore materials, build with shapes, and take our materials challenge – will you invent the next big thing?
